artwalk (take two)

a few weekends ago, i retraced my steps for my second birmingham artwalk.  while i didn't purchase any art, i loved strolling the streets, wandering in and out of shops, feeling inspired, soaking it all in.  

of course, i forgot to change the batteries in my camera, so i had to rely on my phone.

thankfully, it'll do in a pinch!

doesn't it look delicious?  yep, it was a challenge, but i couldn't say no. 

plus, it was for a special occasion.  it definitely took some time, but it was totally worth it.

p.s. don't let the pictures fools you.  yes, it was beautiful.  yes, there were moments of peace and quiet.  but in between collecting shells and paddle boarding, eleven girls reuniting filled one house with magic memories and laughs to shake the rafters.
